Service Options

Glow Green Cleaning offers two main service options designed to meet your preferences:

• Glow Green-Supplied Eco-Friendly Products: We provide premium, eco-friendly cleaning products for a sustainable and effective clean.
• Client-Supplied Products: Clients may opt to supply their preferred cleaning products.

To ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination, clients are responsible for supplying their own mops and vacuum cleaners. Please ensure that this equipment is in good working order to allow us to deliver the highest quality service.

Equipment and Client Responsibilities

• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide safe access to the property, either in person or by supplying keys. If you have pets, please inform us of any special behaviors for the safety of both our staff and your pets.
• Glass Surface Cleaning: Interior glass cleaning is available upon request. Clients are required to provide a ladder for any glass surfaces up to a height of 3 meters.

Minimum Booking

All cleaning services require a minimum booking duration of 3 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed and time is reserved exclusively for you, any changes or cancellations must be communicated to the Glow Green team at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Client Responsibilities

• Parking: If parking is unavailable at the client's location, any parking fees incurred by our staff will be the client’s responsibility.
• Basic Cleaning Tools: Clients must provide essential cleaning tools (mop, bucket, vacuum) to avoid cross-contamination.
• Access and Safety: Clients must ensure safe access to the property and notify us of any potential hazards or special requirements, including pet behavior.
• Illness: Please reschedule your service if you are experiencing symptoms of illness to protect our team and other clients.
• Pet Management: Secure pets to avoid interference during the cleaning service.

Accidents, Damages, and Insurance

• Clients are responsible for notifying us of any delicate surfaces and providing appropriate cleaning products.
• Any incidents of damage must be reported within 12 hours of service completion.
• Claims for damages reported after this timeframe will not be eligible.

Promotional Use of Images

Glow Green reserves the right to use before-and-after photos of our services for promotional purposes. Client consent will be obtained before any images are used.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering top-quality cleaning services using eco-friendly products. If our service does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.

Privacy and Security

• Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Our staff are trained to handle access to your home with discretion, ensuring your privacy is protected throughout the service.
• Key Handling: If you provide keys or access codes, they will be managed securely and used only for the purpose of performing the scheduled services. All keys and codes will be returned or securely stored as per your instructions.

Respecting Our Team

• Fair Treatment: We ask our clients to treat our cleaning professionals with courtesy and respect. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

Acceptance of Terms
